Robert Hall is a noted author, consultant, and speaker on relationships.  As co-founder and CEO of an international CRM consulting and software firm, he worked for over 20 years with major corporations on customers and employee relationships.  Ernst and Young named him a finalist for Entrepreneur of the Year in the southwest.  He has authored more than 150 published columns, articles and research studies appearing in Forbes, Huffington Post and CEO magazines on the topic of relationships.  He was most recently quoted by the New York times opinion columnist David Brooks, in a column titled:  The Blindness of Social Wealth dealing with Facebook Mark Zuckerberg's testimony before Congress about their use and misuse of customer data
